All your orders are important and valuable to us. Theobroma however, retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
Please do not share any payment information over call with anyone. Our official representatives do not ask for payment details over call, you can make the payment via our website using the appropriate payment gateways or by visiting our Theobroma patisseries near you.
Theobroma reserves the right to disclose your personal information for any legal compliances and whenever necessary to protect our rights. In the case of compliance with a court order, legal process or judicial proceeding served on our site, disclosure of personal information is necessary.
In the case of the order delivery being carried out by any courier agency or third party, Theobroma does not make any representation or warranty with regards to the delivery of the order. The products to be shipped across the country will be delivered through our courier company partners and the delivery made will be subject to the courier company’s Terms & Conditions.
The requested delivery date is non-binding. The estimated delivery date depends on multiple factors including the product availability, delivery destination, holidays, external factors, etc. No deliveries made by third party courier partners will be made on a Sunday and public holidays. In the case of the delivery not being completed due to factors including wrong shipping/delivery address, premises locked, recipient refusing to accept the delivery, you will still be charged for the order.
Orders once placed on our site cannot be cancelled. In the case of a product not being available for the day, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund process. In the case of returns, we only accept returns if you have received a damaged or wrong product. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/wrong product.
Once the return request has been reviewed, we will arrange for a reverse pick up at an agreed upon time. This will be followed by the necessary quality checks. Once done and approved, we will initiate the refund. All refunds are aimed to be processed with 7 working days by us.
By submitting reviews on our site, you grant Theobroma a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sub licensable right to use, publish, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, display, reproduce content throughout the world in any media. By submitting information you agree that the content is true and accurate, you own or have the rightful permission to use the content submitted by you and that using the content will not lead to injury or harm any person or identity.
Theobroma is not an allergen-free, vegetarian only, gluten-free patisserie and the guest is bound to understand that the products may contain or come in contact with food products or ingredients containing dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, flour, sugar and/or allergy causing ingredients. We do not and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination from allergens. The guest agrees to notify all the people consuming the products about the same. The guest agrees to indemnify and to not hold Theobroma accountable for any allergic reactions in the event of any such claims.
