Complimenting the extensive experience in hospitality, he has also held leadership positions in the food and bakery manufacturing and retail industry.

With over 17 years of valuable F&B experience behind him, Nazir is in charge of operations for all Theobroma outlets and business units. Armed with a hospitality degree from IHM Aurangabad, ...he began his career with the Indian Hotels Company, then moving to several noteworthy restaurant and bar chains both National and International, finally joining the operations team at Theobroma in 2014. As the Chief Operating Officer today, Nazir oversees Sales & Revenue, Inventory Management, Budgeting and Expansion along with the daily operational functions.

With over 17 years of experience Simantini oversees Legal & Corporate Governance function, Risk mitigation and Investor Relations at Theobroma.
