The New York Style Baked Cheesecake pastry is our take on the original Philadelphia style cheesecake pastry. A chocolate chip cookie crust topped with caramelized meringue, the cheesecake pastry is melt-in-mouth soft and full of flavours, that include a hint of lemon and vanilla. The generous amount of chocolate chips in the bottom crust adds the right amount of texture and contrast to the richness of the pastry.
