This signature cake is made using a traditional Parsi recipe and contains generous amounts of mava (khoya). It tastes best on its own or dunked into tea or coffee. It also tastes divine when warmed up slightly and had with a scoop of ice cream.

• Store at room temperature if cool, refrigerate in summer.
